MADISON, Wis. — After having its four-game winning streak snapped with Sunday's 89-84 loss at Ohio, WKU Hilltopper Basketball will try to get back on track at Wisconsin at 7 p.m. CT Wednesday in Madison, Wis.
 
The Hilltoppers are 2-1 away from E.A. Diddle Arena this year but still searching for their first true road win.
 
Traditional Big Ten Conference power Wisconsin is off to a 4-7 start this season, including a 3-3 mark at home.
 
The Badgers lead the all-time series against WKU 1-0. Head coach Rick Stansbury has never faced Wisconsin.

• WKU is 12-20 all-time against current members of the Big Ten Conference, but 1-0 this season with a victory over then-No. 18 Purdue in the Battle 4 Atlantis in the Bahamas in November. Head coach Rick Stansbury is 2-1 all-time against the current Big Ten makeup.
• The Hilltoppers are looking for their first true road win against a current Big Ten program, as well as their first road win at a Power 5 school since winning at Ole Miss on Dec. 13, 2014.

• Six of WKU's seven scholarship players are averaging in double figures, between 10.2 and 13.8 points.
• In his last three games, Darius Thompson has a combined 19 assists and three turnovers. In his last six games, he has 30 combined assists and just six turnovers.
• WKU ranks 38th in the country in 3-point percentage at 40.1 percent. Freshmen Taveion Hollingsworth, Jake Ohmer and Marek Nelson are a combined 32 of 70 (45.7 percent) from long range.
• WKU ranks 47th in the nation and second in C-USA in turnovers forced at 16.6 per game, despite ranking 10th in the nation in personal fouls. Lamonte Bearden ranks 37th in the country and second in C-USA with 2.3 steals per game. Bearden has 20 total steals through nine games after no WKU player had more than 28 steals all last season.
• Coming into the week, WKU was one of three programs in the nation with two players – Dwight Coleby (4) and Justin Johnson (4) – who had at least four double-doubles each.
• As of Monday, Justin Johnson was tied for ninth among active NCAA players for career rebounds and tied for seventh in career double-doubles. He's one of just nine active NCAA players with at least 1,000 career points and 750 rebounds.
• Justin Johnson is 27th on WKU's all-time scoring list with 1,225 career points. He needs 21 points to pass Mike Wells to move into 26th.
• Justin Johnson currently ranks ninth on WKU's all-time list for career field goal percentage at 54.2 percent. He's just over two percentage points from fifth place.
• Justin Johnson needs 216 rebounds to reach 1,000 for his career. That would make him just the fifth player in WKU history with 1,000 career points and 1,000 rebounds, joining Tom Marshall, Art Spoelstra, Ralph Crosthwaite and Jim McDaniels, the last to accomplish the feat in 1971.

LAST GAME AGAINST WISCONSIN: NOVEMBER 25, 1989
 
WKU battled back from a 24-point deficit but couldn't overcome Wisconsin's 58 percent shooting in a 73-62 loss in the San Juan Shootout in Puerto Rico. Anthony Smith and Rodney Ross each scored 12 points for WKU.
